SEALED PRODUCT GUARANTEE

AncestralMTG takes great care in sourcing sealed Magic: The Gathering product ("Sealed Product"). We guarantee that all Sealed Product that we sell is authentic and unsearched.*

This guarantee shall remain in force for a period of six months from the date of purchase, as shown on purchaser’s invoice or receipt. Should any Sealed Product sold by AncestralMTG be shown to be inauthentic or searched during this period, upon return to AncestralMTG of the Sealed Product, AncestralMTG shall in its discretion either (a) provide replacement product substantially similar to the inauthentic or searched Sealed Product that was returned, or (b) provide a refund for the purchase price paid for the Sealed Product.

Any claim that Sealed Product is inauthentic or searched must be accompanied by unambiguous video evidence. The evidence must (a) show the Sealed Product clearly prior to and during the process of being opened, such that it can be clearly identified as the Sealed Product sold by AncestralMTG, and (b) be a continuous unedited video showing the Sealed Product prior to and during opening. 

* This guarantee does not apply with respect to Sealed Product that AncestralMTG discloses, prior to purchase, has been or is likely to have been searched.
